Functional medicine visits begin with a 90-minute initial consultation priced at $375 without blood work, which can be drawn at the clinic. Follow-up visits run 60 minutes at $185. The practice sees patients with autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, digestive issues such as IBS and food intolerances, hormonal and thyroid disorders, unexplained symptoms with normal labs, metabolic and cardiac concerns, and skin conditions. Direct Primary Care is a flat monthly membership with no co-pays, deductibles or insurance billing. Members receive annual wellness exams, same-day or next-day visits for acute issues, referrals, lab orders, and unlimited office and virtual visits, and can reach their provider by phone, email, text or telehealth. The first Direct Primary Care consultation is free, and a 60-minute consultation is listed at $145.

Bioidentical hormone therapy starts with a 90-minute review of medical history, symptoms and lifestyle, then a hormone panel and a customized plan that may include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone or other hormones. Follow-up visits track progress and adjust hormone levels. The clinic says its hormones are tailored to reduce the risk of side effects. IV nutrient visits begin with a consultation so the team can plan the infusion, and each infusion runs roughly 30 to 60 minutes. Formulas are offered for immune support, anti-aging, athletic recovery, metabolism, hangover and headache relief, cold and flu symptoms, fatigue, brain fog and circulation.

On the aesthetics side, Botox is offered as a non-surgical treatment for crow's feet, forehead lines and frown lines, priced at $12 per unit. The clinic says the procedure takes about 10 to 15 minutes with no downtime and that it uses only FDA-approved Botox products. Specialists assess skin and goals in a consultation before a plan is made. The clinic also offers PRP facial treatments, customized skincare, laser therapies and aesthetic enhancements.

The clinic does not accept insurance and recommends supplemental insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations and specialized care. Telehealth is available, the clinic is open on weekends and holidays, and services are offered in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
