Astral Bodyworks

Astral Bodyworks operates from Suite G3 at 165 Dekalb Industrial Way in Decatur, Georgia, and serves clients from Atlanta, Decatur, Scottdale, Avondale Estates, Clarkston, Tucker and Pine Lake.

The core offering is Holistic Bodywork and Healing Therapies, customized sessions that combine massage, energy work and sound therapy. The stated aims are to address chronic pain, settle the nervous system and restore balance.

For clients who want more depth, Deep Space Fascia Release is targeted myofascial bodywork aimed at deep fascial tension and chronic pain. The studio's blog also describes therapeutic cupping as a way to lift tissue and support movement and flow.

Gift certificates, memberships and packages are available. Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours before a service; less notice incurs a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations are charged full price. A 3% service fee applies to refunds made to credit and debit cards.

Bodywork is described as intuitive, intentional and specific, aiming to leave clients balanced, open and refreshed, with nervous system regulation treated as a foundation of self-care.
