Most treatments begin with a consultation. Injectable and weight-loss consultations are complimentary, and a regenerative medicine consultation is a free 50-minute visit. Laser hair removal starts with a skin assessment so the wavelength and settings suit the client's hair type, skin tone and treated area, and most areas are done in a series of 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. HydraFacials can be booked without a prior consultation, and laser hair removal areas can be booked online and confirmed right away.

The regenerative menu centers on exosomes. Exosome products are derived from donated umbilical cord tissue and contain no living cells. Options include exosome therapy for hair during TED hair restoration, exosome therapy for skin after microneedling or Morpheus8, Nano EX as a skin add-on from Platinum Biologics, Nano AER given by nebulizer or IV for adults in stable health, and the LiquiXo exosome infusion added to an IV drip. PRP, made from a sample of the client's own blood, is used with TED hair restoration and with microneedling. The practice also offers peptides, wellness services, IQ Skin Analysis, and cholesterol management through its second physician.

Most cosmetic treatments are elective and generally fall outside insurance coverage, though medical weight loss programs may be partly covered depending on the plan. Every major credit card is accepted. Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee may apply to late cancellations or no-shows. For 48 hours before injectables or laser treatments, clients are asked to skip blood thinners such as aspirin and ibuprofen, unless a physician has prescribed them.
