Color appointments run from a quick toning, shine and blowout visit of about 1 hour 30 minutes to a 4-hour session with tailored foil placement and a high-gloss finish. Extension installs use beaded attachments in 1 row through 3 row sizes, taking roughly 2 to 3.5 hours, with pricing starting at a set amount and hair cost billed separately. Extension maintenance, offered every 6 to 8 weeks, is for current clients only and includes removing, coloring and re-installing the extensions, a deep conditioning mask, and a full wash and style.

Booking terms are firm. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, with a fee of half the booked price for shorter notice; no-shows are charged the full service and may be barred from future booking. Refunds are not offered, though a client unhappy due to a technical issue can report it within 14 days for a complimentary adjustment. New clients, extension installs and keratin treatments may require a non-refundable deposit, applied to the total at checkout, and a deposit not made within 48 hours of the appointment does not hold the spot. Only scheduled clients may attend appointments, and late arrivals should send an estimated arrival time, as services may be shortened or rescheduled with full fees still applying.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 4pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Bookings are made by phone at 813.403.9437.
