The manicure menu starts with a Regular Manicure, which uses gel polish cured under UV or LED light, includes nail shaping, cuticle care and one color, and lasts two to three weeks. The Builder Gel Manicure uses a strengthening gel for natural nails and suits short to medium nails, lasting three to four weeks; it requires a $15 deposit and may carry an extra fee or be swapped for another service if natural nails are longer. The Hard Gel Russian Manicure, starting at $120, combines e-file cuticle work, shaping, hard gel and a cuticle oil finish. For extensions, Gel-X adds lightweight soft gel tips with extended gel that can last up to three weeks, and Gel-X Fills maintain them with builder gel, usually around the two-week mark. A soak-off is required if a fill is delayed. Soak-off removes gel polish, builder gel or extensions, with light shaping and cuticle oil. Pedicures include a waterless Dry Pedicure, a Classic Wet Pedicure with a warm soak and callus removal, and a Spa Pedicure that adds exfoliation and a moisturizer mask. Each pedicure carries a $15 deposit. The Bridal Nail Package pairs a spa manicure with Gel-X or builder gel and a spa pedicure with gel toes for a set price of $200.

Booking is available online through the GlossGenius booking site, and gift cards are offered. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 25% of the booked service to the card on file. The studio is open Monday 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Sunday.

The studio works one-on-one with each client and focuses on nail health alongside a refined finish.
