Every service is tailored after the stylist learns about a client's lifestyle, goals and hair history. Recommendations depend on the hair's current condition, and the stylist walks clients through the products used during a visit and suggests home care products suited to their hair. Some goals are reached over more than one appointment, so plans are built around the client's schedule and hair health.

The salon describes its space as calm and refined. Hours are Monday 9:00 to 6:00, Tuesday 9:00 to 7:00, Wednesday 9:00 to 1:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 2:00, with Thursdays and Fridays closed.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee, a no-show is charged the full scheduled service, and repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings. Booking means agreeing to these policies, and clients with an emergency are asked to contact the salon as soon as possible. Complimentary adjustments are offered for concerns raised within 7 days of an appointment; they fine-tune the original service without changing the look or adding services. Concerns after 7 days, or style or color changes outside the original plan, are charged as a new service. Services are not refunded.

Hair health comes first, and recommendations are based on the hair's current condition, with each service customized to the client's lifestyle and goals.
