Facials are a core part of the menu. Deep cleansing options include a 60-minute European facial, a Bubble Deep Cleansing facial, and an Acne Clearing facial that focuses on extracting blocked pores. Micro Nano Needling is also a 60-minute deep cleansing option, with a choice of BB Glow, ginseng or spirulina. Signature facials run 65 to 70 minutes and include Carbon CO2 Therapy, microdermabrasion, a Detox chemical facial, a 24K gold facial, a HydraFacial treatment, and Diamond Silk Lifting with Collagen Threads. The 90-minute Ashley Supreme package combines a deep cleanse, a lifting massage, a 24K gold mask under LED light, a serum with high frequency and sunscreen, aromatherapy and meridian massage, a steam eye mask, and a hot stone massage for the neck, nape and shoulders.

Procell Microchanneling is the service the salon describes in most detail. It calls the treatment an upgraded form of microneedling and says it was a Dermascope winning treatment in 2024. It can be booked for the face, face and neck, face, neck and décolletage, hair, or body areas, with body sizes set by the salon and discussed beforehand. A face session takes about an hour and a body session about two hours, including cleansing, numbing and a post-treatment mask. According to the salon, results usually show after the second treatment, and suggested session counts are 3 to 4 for fine lines and wrinkles, at least 6 for scarring, 6 to 8 for stretch marks, and 5 sessions every two weeks for hair. Packages of three or more include exfoliation, LED red light therapy and a hydrating mask. A free consultation is available by email, where clients can send photos for a quote. Booking requires a $200 non-refundable deposit. The salon lists pregnancy, nursing, uncontrolled diabetes and Accutane use within the last six months as reasons not to have the treatment.

Permanent makeup covers Nano Hair Strokes, Nano Ombre, Combo Ombre, lip blush, eyeliner and cover work for earlier procedures. A free 15-minute consultation comes before booking, and a $100 non-refundable deposit applies, which is credited to the final bill if the client goes ahead. The salon says its work areas are state or county licensed tattoo establishments, inspected and approved by the local health department at the start and every year. Its artists are described as licensed tattoo artists trained and certified in permanent makeup and licensed estheticians, who complete yearly blood-borne pathogen training. Tools and surfaces are disinfected after each client, and needles and cartridges are opened in front of the client and used once.

Policies cover the full visit. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full treatment price, and late arrivals may shorten the session without reducing the fee. Services are non-refundable but can be exchanged for an equal or lower-priced service if requested 24 hours in advance. Payment is due at the visit by cash, card or mobile payment, and gratuity is not included. Clients who are under 18 need a guardian present, and those who are pregnant are asked to say so when booking.
