The menu is built around the Russian manicure, which includes dry manicure work and cuticle care using the Russian technique. From there, clients can choose regular polish, gel polish, a strengthening rubber base gel that is meant to protect the natural nail and help gel polish last, or hard gel that builds structure on natural nails. Gel-X extensions are offered in short, medium and long lengths, each paired with a Russian manicure.

Add-on services include nail art, nail repair by the individual nail, and removal of gel, rubber base, hard gel, Gel-X, polygel and acrylic. Hand treatments include a collagen hand treatment, a warm paraffin treatment meant to moisturize the hands, and a warm hot towel treatment. Nail art is limited to accent nails, French tips, cat eye, chrome and medium-detail designs; 3D art and highly detailed hand painting are not offered.

Booking is done online through the studio's Setmore page, and online payment is accepted. Deposits may be required to hold an appointment and are non-refundable. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, and no-shows may be asked to pay in full before future appointments. Extra guests are not allowed. If a client already has gel, acrylic or Gel-X on the nails, a removal service must be booked before the appointment. Services cannot be performed on nails or skin showing signs of infection or a contagious condition.
