The whitening service uses an LED-activated system that the business describes as enamel safe, with little to no sensitivity. An in-studio visit takes about an hour and is made up of two back-to-back 15-minute treatments, and the in-studio session includes whitening syringes, toothpaste and strips. The business says the in-studio treatment is stronger than the home version and that one studio session equals five 20-minute home sessions. It also says the system can restore the original color of veneers and caps, and recommends whitening within six months of a dental visit.

Spray tan clients are asked to exfoliate with an oil-free scrub and complete their shaving routine 18 to 24 hours before the session. On the day, they should skip deodorant, perfume and makeup. Waxing should be done at least 24 hours before a tanning session.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes or cancellations incur a 50% fee. Online booking asks for a credit card, but no fee is charged without prior notice, and never until 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
