On the salon side, every hair service starts with a consultation and an aromatic sensory experience, followed by a stress-relieving treatment using Aveda shampoo and conditioner chosen for the client's hair and scalp type. Each hair service also includes a head, neck and shoulder massage and a finishing blow-dry. Haircuts, styling, updos, color, highlights, glossing and grey blending are offered, along with texture treatments, hair extensions and eyelash tinting and lengthening. Hair color uses Aveda full-spectrum color, which the business says is up to 96% naturally derived and essentially damage-free. The business serves clients of all ages, genders and hair types.

The spa side covers massage, waxing, nails, facials, body treatments and makeup. Massage options range from Swedish-based sessions and sport massage to hot stone, cupping, reflexology, a salt stone treatment and a men's service that pairs massage with foot reflexology. Body treatments include scrubs, a polish with a steam tent, a seaweed wrap and a combined polish and massage. Facials are customized after a consultation, and advanced skin care treatments using Skinceuticals products are offered at the Schaumburg, Rockford and Gold Coast locations. Nail services are not offered at the Gold Coast location. Waxing is available for men and women across face, body, bikini, Brazilian and prenatal areas.

Before booking, clients are asked to share any pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure or other physical conditions, since heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant clients or guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure. Massage for pregnant clients is only offered from the second trimester on, after consulting a physician. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, as treatments start at the booked time. Changes need 24 hours' notice; the site lists two different late-cancellation charges, 50% and 100% of the service, so it is worth confirming when booking. A service charge that varies by location is added to each visit, prices may change, and gratuities are optional. Gift cards are sold, and clients earn points on Aveda purchases through the Aveda Plus Rewards program. The SalonSpa Club membership costs $89 per service for unlimited monthly signature services and can be used at any of the four locations.

Hair care follows a natural approach built on Aveda's plant and flower essence products. Facial, body and massage treatments are made with plant and flower-based ingredients, and the spa also offers Asha signature remedies designed by its own team.

The spa has a relaxation lounge, and couples massages take place in private spa rooms.
