The salon says it blends natural artistry with relaxed rituals and shapes each look around the client's style and daily life. Facials are described as customized treatments for concerns such as aging, acne and hydration, and the spa menu uses Eminence Organics and Glymed+ products.

A first visit often starts with a conversation. First-time guests and clients considering a big change are offered a complimentary haircut consultation, and a color consultation costs $15, applied toward the service when booked. New color clients, or those changing formula, leave with a blowout; existing clients with the same formula can ask to leave with wet hair by calling ahead. Hair spa treatments do not include a blowout, though one can be added at the blow dry bar Friday through Sunday for $35 when booking. If a client is unhappy with a cut or color, they can contact the salon within 7 days for a complimentary fix.

Haymarket is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is closed Mondays for services. The Plains is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed Sundays and Mondays for services. Master stylists typically book eight to twelve weeks out and seasoned stylists four to six weeks out; the owner is not bookable online and availability is very limited. Services can be booked online through packages, and clients can call or email for other dates and times. Haymarket parking is in the paved lot beside the building off Washington St. The Plains has five marked salon spaces behind the building, reached from the driveway across from the Sunoco station on Main Street, plus street parking.

The salon runs a loyalty program that gives one point per dollar spent, redeemable on products, and a referral program that gives referred new clients $10 off a service. Club cards cover waxing, the blow dry bar, massage, GLO2 facials, esthetic services and lash extensions. A birthday club offers 15% off purchases made during the client's birthday month. The salon has been a Certified Green Circle Salon since July 1, 2024, and states that up to 95% of its service waste is recycled through the program.
