The menu covers manicures and pedicures, builder and Gel-X nail enhancements, and combo appointments that bring several services into one visit. Nail fixes, repairs and removals are shorter appointments. Children's services are available only to current clients, are kept simple and age-appropriate, and requests that need significant detail or extra time are priced as adult services.
Appointment lengths vary by service. Manicures run about an hour and twenty minutes to two hours, pedicures about an hour and twenty minutes to just under two hours, enhancements from about 75 minutes to three hours, and combos from two and a half hours to just over three. Nail art is grouped into three tiers based on detail, time and removal, with custom designs quoted by email. Clients who are unsure which tier fits can send inspiration photos before booking.
Online booking is required unless an appointment is set up in person. A deposit holds the appointment and counts toward the final total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 36 hours' notice, and deposits can be kept for no-shows, same-day cancellations or changes made outside the notice window. Arriving more than ten minutes late carries a fee and may mean a shortened service. Cash, card, tap to pay and Venmo are accepted, but Zelle is not. Members can book, reschedule and cancel online and save payment details.
Growing and maintaining healthy natural nails is treated as part of every design, and the products are chosen to contain fewer harsh chemicals than many traditional salon lines.
