Ash + Beige

Ash + Beige works by appointment only. Clients request a time by sending a direct message on Instagram or by text, and the salon's online booking page shows the service menu and includes a My bookings section for managing appointments.

Service prices are starting prices and can change depending on the needs of the hair. Clients should expect the final quote to reflect the work involved.

The salon has a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. After that a $10 late fee is added to the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled, and the client must pay 50% of the service total before booking again. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are charged the full scheduled service, and must place a $20 non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.

Cancelling or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice carry a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee, which is due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
