Visits are by reservation. A technician is available seven days a week by reservation, with standard booking Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and weekend times reserved for preferred guests. A non-refundable booking fee, applied to the balance later, secures a reservation. Clients are asked to arrive at their scheduled time rather than early, and to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
