Ascension Salons Salon 8355

Ascension Salon Suites LLC runs the business, which leases private salon suites to independent hairstylists, aestheticians, massage therapists and other skilled practitioners. Its stated mission is to help beauty professionals grow as independent entrepreneurs. The business describes its offering as a premier salon galleria experience.

Suite renters manage their own businesses and set their own services, prices and schedules. The business says owners keep all of their profit and pay no commission on retail product sales. Each owner receives a marketing program, a personalized page on the business website and an exclusive client management app. Continuing education is also offered.

Suites are built for one or two professionals and include dryer, styling and shampoo stations. All utilities are included, and each studio has generous lighting and electrical outlets. Shared amenities include free Wi-Fi, an on-site commercial laundry room, and a private break room with seating, a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink. Restrooms are tiled and accessible to guests with disabilities, and vending is available.

The buildings have 24/7 controlled access and interior video surveillance. A manager is on site during peak salon hours to handle walk-ins, mail, deliveries and guests. The business describes its setting as safe, secure and family oriented, and as unisex.
