Care begins with a consultation in which the team reviews blood work, medical history and each patient's goals and expectations. Treatment plans are customized to the individual, and the practice says it aims to address the underlying causes of aging-related conditions rather than only their symptoms. Visits are scheduled around each client's schedule.

It includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with separate programs for women and for men, andropause and menopause treatment, testosterone replacement therapy, and hormone pellet therapy. Testosterone pellets are small, roughly grain-of-rice sized implants placed under the skin near the hip, and the site says they release testosterone over about three to four months. Testosterone injections are given into the gluteal muscle every 10 to 14 days. Testosterone replacement requires decreased testosterone production confirmed by medical testing, followed by routine follow-up visits to check progress and levels.

Medical weight loss is offered as a physician-supervised program that may include GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate, alongside lifestyle adjustments. Injections are given in the office and usually take about 15 minutes, and patients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after and to skip intense exercise afterward. Sexual wellness services include erectile dysfunction evaluation and treatment, Precision ED, Cliovana, and PRP for sexual rejuvenation. Evaluation considers factors such as blood pressure, diabetes, testosterone levels, smoking, alcohol use and sleep.

The practice works from the underlying causes of aging-related conditions, with each plan built after a review of blood work, medical history and the patient's goals. Ideal candidates for anti-aging treatments are described as being in good health and ideally non-smokers.
