Asana Head Spa

Asana Head Spa is located on West Linebaugh Avenue in Tampa. Its head spa services are the main focus, alongside facials, memberships and a training program. The site gives the space as about 1,800 square feet.

The two core head spa rituals are Asana Signature, an 80-minute service at $190, and Asana Prestige, a 100-minute service at $225. Both begin with a hot towel and a scalp exam, then move through scalp exfoliation, aromatherapy, an herbal head wash and massage, a scalp massage, steam, deep conditioning, a rice protein rinse and a quick dry. Prestige adds a cleansing facial, arm and neck massage, gua sha and a foot bath. The Celebration Package is a 150-minute, head-to-toe visit priced at $450 that combines head spa work with a blow out, an uplifting facial, red light treatment and an aqua hair massage. Champagne is offered to guests 21 and over.

Facial options include the Oxygen Facial at $150, which uses oxygen-infused serums, and the Korean Glass Skin Facial at $135, which uses oxygenated micro-bubbles and Korean skincare products. The Buccal Facial at $190 works on facial muscles from both inside and outside the mouth and includes optional extractions, gua sha and a head massage. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and peach fuzz, and the site does not list a price for it. Facials and head spa services are booked separately because they take place in different rooms.

Facial memberships are $120. Members receive one visit per month, 20% off products, guest services and add-ons, and member pricing of $160 for Asana Signature and $200 for Asana Prestige. Members may bring one guest per month for 20% off, and the spa asks that guests be booked by phone in advance. Unused visits do not roll over, and memberships can be frozen for one to two months within a 12-month period.

The 3-Day Master Head Spa Training is a private, one-on-one course with live model practice, a starter kit, a daily certificate of completion and ongoing mentorship, priced at $2,699 with financing from $243.61 per month. A $500 non-refundable deposit applies. The site also lists an online course with lifetime access for $1,299. The site notes that completing the training does not itself grant a license to perform head spa or shampoo services, so students need to check their state's requirements. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window carry a $50 fee.
