The injectable menu includes Botox Cosmetic and Dysport. Botox Cosmetic appointments take about 10 minutes, and Dysport injections take about 30 minutes. Botox is also offered for excessive sweating of the hands, face or upper body. The filler range includes Sculptra, which is offered to stimulate new collagen and address smile lines and chin wrinkles, typically as a series of about three sessions over a few months. Revanesse Versa is offered for nasolabial folds. Juvederm Ultra and Ultra+ are offered for the lips, Juvederm Volbella XC for lip lines and Juvederm Vollure XC for lines around the nose and mouth. Restylane products are offered for facial wrinkles, lips, cheeks, jawline and the hands, and Restylane Contour is a cheek filler designed to move with facial expressions. Touch-up sessions are sometimes scheduled after the first treatment.

The facial menu covers classic, men's, mini, oxygen infusion and vitamin C facials, along with Environ Radience, O2 Lift Image Skincare, pre-laser prep, spot treatment and specialty facials. The Environ Radience facial is described by the business as its specialty facial for anti-aging, and some facials use Environ skincare products. The O2 Lift Image Skincare facial includes an oxygen mask, a neck and shoulder massage and tinted SPF. The business describes the oxygen infusion facial as known in Los Angeles as the red carpet treatment. Revital Eyes is a non-surgical eye treatment that contains probiotics, green tea, pomegranate and caffeine. Treatments are chosen after the skin is evaluated. AYW Sculpt is a body sculpting treatment that uses supramaximal muscle contractions and does not use heating or cooling. The recommended plan is four to six 30-minute sessions over four to six weeks. The four-treatment package costs $1,500, the six-treatment package costs $2,100, and each additional treatment costs $450. After the initial package, the AYW Sculpt Membership Maintenance Program provides one treatment per month at $150 per treatment, auto-deducted on the 1st of each month. The membership requires a six-month minimum contract, and refunds, transfers and roll-overs are not available.

Payment for medical spa procedures is due at the time of treatment, and membership packages are paid at the first scheduled treatment. Cash, all major credit cards and CareCredit are accepted, and third-party financing terms are offered; personal checks are not. Medical spa services are not covered by medical insurance, and the business does not participate in insurance plans. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee. Members who miss an appointment forfeit that appointment type for the current month. Late arrivals may have sessions shortened, but the full session is charged. The online booking portal places a $0.50 authorization hold on the card, which is not charged. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00am to 5:30pm, Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm on alternating Saturdays only. The office is closed on Mondays. A line of skincare and sunscreen products is sold at the front office, and medical-grade products are available for use between professional treatments. Retail items can be returned within 14 days for store credit only, and cosmetic and aesthetician treatments are not refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used for merchandise or services.

The practice puts the client first, with professionalism and convenience as priorities. Facial and body plans are chosen after an evaluation of the skin or body.
