The salon presents itself as a medical spa serving the region, and says it is the only one there with three Licensed Nurse Practitioner Injectors, one Licensed Nurse Injector and three Aestheticians. According to the salon, its aesthetic and skincare menu ranks among the most advanced in the field. Depending on the treatment, clients are seen by a nurse practitioner, a nurse injector or an aesthetician.

Free consultations can be booked by phone at 618.624.7300, by requesting a call back or emailing through a form on the site, or through an online portal. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. At the first appointment a Visia skin analysis is used to assess the skin and build an enhancement plan, which may add about 15 minutes to the visit. A consultation and skin test with no treatment takes 60 minutes and costs $75, and a consultation with a first acne treatment takes 90 minutes and costs $150.

The Face Reality Acne Program is a three to six month process for moderate to severe inflamed, non-inflamed and combination acne. It pairs in-office treatments with a home care product regimen and lifestyle changes. The monthly plan is six treatments for $600, or $100 each, and the twice-monthly plan is twelve treatments for $780, or $65 each. Adding a treatment to the face, neck or chest costs $55, and treating or adding the back costs $115. Initial home care products are expected to cost $150 to $220 and typically last 2.5 to 3 months. Clients who buy products at the initial consultation and clients on the twice-monthly plan receive 10% off products. During the program only Face Reality products may be used. Clients must stop Accutane for at least 90 days and stop prescription topicals and other acne medications for at least two weeks before starting. Retinol and vitamin A products must stop at least one week before an acne appointment, and waxing or exfoliating should be avoided within three days of a facial. The business states the program has a 95% success rate and that most clients see significant improvement within 8 to 12 weeks.

Thinnr Weight Loss is a six-week, provider-guided program with four phases, and a free consultation is offered before starting. The site describes it as supervised and all-natural, with no prescriptions or injections. Purchasing the program includes a free shape scale 3D scan, which the site says is a $50 saving. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and a guardian must give consent for a minor to be treated.
