Hair color is a core part of the menu, covering permanent, demi-permanent, and semi-permanent color, along with highlights, balayage, and platinum coloring. The salon describes its permanent creme color as having 78 shades. A full head of highlights takes three hours at $300, and that price may rise if heavy foiling is requested. A highlights or low lights retouch or accent service takes 2 hours 30 minutes at $150.

Extension services include sew-in weaves, tape-in extensions, K-Tips, and microlink extensions. Sew-in pricing is based on 12 to 24 inches of hair, with a $25 per inch increase for 26 inches or more. Clients who want to learn can join Education Shadowing with E, an 8-hour hands-on program priced at $300 that covers techniques, color formulas, extension methods, and continuing education. Bridal parties can reserve a 5-hour block called the Bridal Day Slay, which begins at 7am; the price may go up depending on which services are chosen.
