Color ranges from a single process color and a maintenance mini dimension with up to 20 foils to partial and full dimensional color. Full dimension covers highlights, lowlights, balayage and gray blending. Root refreshes and gloss and glow services fill in between color appointments. Pricing for dimension, gloss and root services assumes average hair density and length, and adjustments may be made after a consultation.
Other services include a signature haircut with a consultation, a hydrate and repair treatment and a blowout, a gentlemen's cut that begins with a personal consultation and shampoo, and a beard trim covering trimming, shaping and detailing. A styling experience with a shampoo, scalp massage and hot-tool blow-dry is also offered, and a fringe trim is available for existing bangs. A Quiet Session can be added to any service for a no-talk appointment.
Many services ask for a deposit from new clients. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50 percent of the service total, and no-shows or arrivals 15 or more minutes late are charged the full total. Services are non-refundable. Concerns about a service can be raised within 48 hours for a possible adjustment. A card on file may be charged for cancellation fees or unpaid balances, and a bank dispute over a valid charge may bring a $150 administrative fee. Genuine emergencies may be considered case by case.
