Visits can begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation that covers hair history, goals, pricing and service options. The menu is broad: root touch-ups and quick Xpress color applications, full color, balayage, lowlights and foil lightening, women's and men's cuts, curl-focused cutting, blowouts and styling, perms, braids and twists, brow shaping and facial hair removal, and conditioning and repair treatments. Appointments can also be arranged as house calls.

Lightening and color make up a large part of the menu. Balayage is freehand-painted and built around a customized color plan, with a $50 deposit required. Keratin smoothing is formaldehyde-free and carries a $100 deposit. Holiday Radiance packages come in three levels, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when services are booked.

The studio is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and Friday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead, with emergencies excepted. A missed cancellation deadline carries a fee of 50% of the scheduled services.

The studio states that its work draws on an extensive educational background, and it refers to a Vidal Sassoon foundation in describing how its women's signature cut is customized.
