The menu is organized into bridal, color, cuts, extensions, smoothing and styling. Color is priced by service type and by whether the client is new or returning: custom color for existing clients is designed for those who return every 12 to 14 weeks, while the extended custom color is for new color clients or anyone who has gone more than four months between services or has a large amount of hair. Extension installs are priced by the number of rows.

Policies include a charge of the full service price for cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
