Brow lamination is a treatment that sets and shapes brows for a groomed, fuller look, and results last about 6 to 8 weeks. Aftercare is provided and has to be followed. Lamination is not offered to pregnant or breastfeeding clients, or to clients using retinoids, BHAs, AHAs, skin-thinning medications or certain skincare medications. The Korean Lash Lift combines a lash lift with a lash tint, and the Lami Lash Lift is a longer, higher-priced lash service. Tint is available for lashes alone, for brows alone, or for both together.

Brow wax includes brow mapping, waxing and a highlight. Other waxing options are full face, Brazilian, teen brow, nose and underarm, with the nose and underarm waxes offered only as add-ons. Teen services are for clients aged 17 and under, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

New clients message the studio on Instagram for booking approval and send a photo of their brows or lashes. A free five-minute first-time consultation must be added when booking a first visit. Once the deposit is paid and the appointment is approved, the location and a notice are sent. Deposits are non-refundable and are paid through the booking site, with the remaining balance paid in cash. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Clients get a 10-minute grace period. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $10 late fee, or may lead to cancellation with the deposit lost. The first deposit can be moved once to another appointment, and further rescheduling requires a new deposit. Children are welcome, but guests other than the client are not. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule, and clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medications and recent surgery in treated areas.
