Clients who want a color change can book a free consultation first. It covers hair history, the look they have in mind and any inspiration photos, and it is used to build a custom color plan before the service. Prices are listed per service, and the most time-intensive color services start around three hours.

Bookings are taken on weekdays only, with Monday afternoons and Friday daytime hours. Later changes are charged 50% of the service total, and no-call, no-show visits are charged the full service amount.
