Services fall into three groups: cutting, coloring and blonding, and styling. Haircuts are done with shears, thinning shears, razors, clippers and trimmers, and every cut includes a scalp massage and styling. Color work covers root touch-ups, balayage, foils, toner, bleach and tone, and color correction, while vivid and fantasy colors are booked after a consultation. Chemical treatments are offered to make hair easier to manage when styling.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's Square page, and the blog has a guide to what to expect at a first appointment. Prices on the services page are general and may change, so a free 15-minute consultation is available for an exact quote.

Color upkeep depends on the service. Root touch-ups are typically booked every four to six weeks, and the color portfolio lists upkeep schedules often every eight to twelve weeks. If more than seven weeks have passed since the last touch-up, color correction is booked in place of a bleach retouch. Changes to an appointment need 48 hours' notice or may be charged 50% of the booked service, and a same-day no-call, no-show is charged the full service cost. Gift cards can be sent online or bought in the studio, and Davines products are sold with shipping to the buyer.
