The pedicure menu is the most detailed part of the salon. It runs from a Classic Pedicure at $35, which includes nail shaping, cuticle work, a hot towel, massage and regular polish, up through the Spa, VIP, Volcano, Jelly, Serum, Silver or Golden Deluxe and Bom Spa options at $87. Higher tiers add steps such as sugar scrubs, masks, paraffin and hot stone massage. The Jelly Pedicure comes with a choice of aloe vera, lavender, cherry sage or peppermint scent, and the Serum Pedicure can be chosen as Moisture Soothe, Detox Pure or Slim and Firm. The salon describes its Volcano Pedicure as the safest pedicure system on the market, and says the Jelly Pedicure texture retains heat and eases aching muscles and joints.

Manicures run from a Basic Manicure at $22 to a Royal Manicure at $47, with options in between such as a Deluxe Manicure, gel polish and a Brush On Zen Manicure. Full sets, fills and dips use acrylic, color powder, pink and white, ombre, builder gel and Gel X extensions. Kids can book manicures, pedicures, gel color changes and a combined manicure and pedicure.

Clients can book online or walk in, though walk-ins depend on availability. Appointments are held for 10 minutes, and clients expecting to be later than that are asked to call ahead. Gift cards are sold but cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The salon offers a free fix or touch-up for a gel chip, peel or broken nail after a full set within 7 days, and fixes scratched or misshapen nails if it is told within 24 hours. Ingrown nails and hangnails are not cut here, and diabetic clients are asked to say so before service.

Services are built in layered steps, such as soaks, scrubs, masks and paraffin, with the salon offering add-ons to adjust a set or pedicure. Prices can change with custom orders and add-ons, so clients are asked to confirm the price with their technician before service.
