The menu is broad. Braiding includes straight-back braids, two braids, feed-in braids, braids with a design, goddess box braids and knotless braids. Color ranges from glazes and root touch-ups to highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre, fashion colors and a platinum service. Pricing for goddess and knotless braids depends on braid size, and clients for goddess box braids buy and bring their own hair.
Curly hair has its own menu, from a discovery session that includes a curl assessment and one-on-one curl education to a longer care visit with a wash, conditioning and styling. Cuts, blowouts, silk presses, up-dos and quick weaves round out the offerings, and extensions are available as clip-ins, tape-ins, sew-ins and removal or reinstallation.
Treatments include a bond-repair service using Olaplex, a K18 treatment, a keratin treatment, deep conditioning and a cosmetic scalp exfoliating treatment. Clients can reschedule once with the same deposit if they give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit it and require a new deposit to rebook.
