The studio describes its approach as anatomy-based, with treatments meant to enhance natural features. It says it combines medical-grade techniques with an aesthetic eye, values honesty, trust and individualized care, and customizes every treatment to the client's skin type, goals and tolerance. The studio also describes its skin treatments as working beneath the surface to encourage renewal.

Skin treatments include chemical peels such as the Glow and Go, Alpha Renew, DermaPeel and 3-Step Peel, several facial options from the Essential Facial to the Glazed Donut Facial, three Hydrafacial levels, dermaplaning, and microneedling for the face, neck and chest. Microneedling uses fine sterile needles to create micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin, and the studio says it can address fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores and uneven texture. Redness and sensitivity similar to a sunburn may last one to three days, with full recovery usually within five days.

Injectables include Dysport, Lip Flip, Restylane dermal fillers, Sculptra, Hylenex dissolver and PRF made from the client's own blood. Facial Balancing is offered as an injectable service that treats the full face through a customized plan, and it requires a $200 deposit.

New clients book a service online, and returning patients manage bookings through the patient portal. A formal consultation is not required but is recommended, especially for new clients, and the studio may ask new or complex-plan clients to begin with a consultation only. The $100 consultation fee is credited toward any service booked. Deposits are usually $100 and are applied to the total at checkout. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations, no-shows or late changes may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Payment plans and financing are available through Cherry and CareCredit.
