Beyond extensions, the menu covers color from glosses and root retouches through all-over color, highlights, lowlights and balayage, along with haircuts, clipper cuts, keratin smoothing, perms, blowouts, updos, scalp and treatment add-ons, and waxing for lip, sides, chin and brows. Hair extension application requires a $100 deposit. Twelve payment methods are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Clients should cancel at least 24 hours in advance, as a no-show is charged a 20% cancellation fee. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
