Extension services start with a full set, which is required for first-time clients, for anyone who has had lashes done elsewhere, and for existing clients returning after 21 days. Fills are for existing clients and must be booked within 21 days of the previous appointment, with at least 40% of the extensions still in place; otherwise the visit is billed as a full set. Clients are asked to read the waiver before booking a full set and to arrive with clean lashes free of makeup. Same-day rescheduling can be done online at no extra charge.

The studio also runs training for people who want to learn lash work. Options include a one-on-one eyelash extension course, a one-on-one lash lift course, and a complete course covering classic and volume extensions along with lash lift and color. Each requires a deposit, and pricing is by request.

Booking is done online through the studio's GlossGenius page, and the studio accepts payment there. A card on file is needed to secure a booking but is not charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. If none of the open times suit a client, they can call or leave a message and the studio will try to fit them in.

The studio aims to enhance the look of clients' eyes while keeping their natural lashes healthy, and matches each extension style to the lashes a client already has.
