Arrowhead Manor, also known as Arrowhead Manor Inn and Event Center, is a family-owned bed and breakfast on the south side of US Highway 285 in Morrison. The property sits in the Colorado foothills with wide mountain views, about 30 minutes south of downtown Denver and roughly 10 to 15 minutes by car from Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Lodging is in five room types: Deluxe Guest Rooms in their own wing, the Master Suite on the main floor with no stairs, the Evergreen Suite on the second floor, King's Quarters and the Lion's Den Suite. Most rooms have a private bathroom with a jetted tub, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with surround sound. Several suites have private hot tubs, and the Master Suite adds a two-person Jacuzzi tub, a semi-private deck and a walk-in closet.
Breakfast is cooked to order each morning and served as two courses at a private table in the Great Room or on the Grand Deck, with southern mountain views. Guests pick from three daily options, one of them a rotating special, and fresh fruit is included. Breakfast runs from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; a continental breakfast can be brought to the room if requested the night before, and breakfast in bed is not offered.
The inn hosts elopements, vow renewals, reunions and second weddings, and has hosted weddings for more than two decades. The Colorado elopement package covers an officiant, the vow exchange, certificate signing, ceremony music through the in-house sound system and a first dance, plus up to 200 digital photos taken by a staff member and delivered in 14 to 30 days. The inn notes its staff are not professional photographers but have years of experience photographing weddings. Check-in is at 2:30 p.m. with the ceremony around 3:00 p.m., couples bring their own clothes and marriage license, and an overnight room is required with the package.
Other options include an LDMBB honeymoon package (lunch, dinner, movie, bed and breakfast, with meals and drinks not included), a honeymoon or anniversary add-on, romance touches such as silk rose petals and a custom billboard message, a gift shop with gift baskets, and gift certificates. Spa, hair, skin, nail and makeup services can be arranged through the inn, while massages are performed by outside therapists and should be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Cannabis is permitted on private patios and designated outdoor areas, and indoor spaces are smoke-free.
