The spa offers a broad range of services under one roof. Facial treatments include acne and anti-aging work, cosmetic acupuncture, microneedling, Morpheus8, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, hydro facials, CO2 oxygen treatment, advanced exfoliation, a four-layer seaweed firming treatment and an express facial. Acupuncture and cupping therapy are offered alongside body treatments and back facials, and there is a scalp service called hair enhancer. Permanent makeup covers microblading, P.M.U and S.M.P, and waxing is available as well.

Every client receives a complimentary consultation. Appointments are required and are booked in advance, with a credit card needed to hold a booking. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and a short grace period applies after that. Waxing consultation and guidance are available for new waxing clients or anyone with a specific concern. The spa also runs a loyalty program that awards points for booking, spending and signing up, and a referral policy that gives a complimentary express facial to clients who refer someone who buys a treatment.

Pricing varies by service. Acne treatment, anti-aging treatment and cosmetic acupuncture start at $200, and waxing starts at $25. Many treatments, including microneedling, microdermabrasion, hydro facials, Morpheus8, body treatments and permanent makeup, are priced after the consultation. An express facial package is offered to new clients at three sessions for $300.

The spa says client safety comes first, and it selects treatment methods it considers safe and proven to limit side effects.
