Prices are listed by service. A basic facial is $50 for about an hour, and a women's Brazilian wax is $45 for roughly 10 minutes. Sugaring is $50 for about 15 minutes, and underarms are $15 for about 5 minutes. Eyebrows, chin and lip are $10 each. Full body waxing is $75 for about 30 minutes and can cover underarms, Brazilian and full legs. A Brazilian and underarm combination is listed at $50, and the Bestfriend Forever package of a Brazilian wax and classic V-steam bath is $70 for about 45 minutes. For men, full legs are listed at $50 for about 15 minutes and a Manzilian at $65 for about 15 minutes.

Appointments are booked in 30-minute increments. Clients receive a confirmation email 48 hours before their visit and may also get texts. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged $25, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled amount. A credit card is required to hold a first appointment or any booking over $100, and it is not charged. Clients more than 15 minutes late usually cannot be accommodated. Walk-ins must be in the building 30 minutes to an hour before closing, depending on the service. Dogs are not allowed. Female clients may be waxed during their menstrual cycle, and the cycle is not accepted as a reason for a last-minute cancellation.

The V-steam baths come in ten named specials, including Classic, The Purifier, Squeeze Me, Lady Flower Stench, Your Massive Menses, Fruitfulness, Libido Booster, Change of Life, Hemorrhoidal Soother and Uterine Myomas. The site says V-steam baths help with menstrual irregularity, fibroids, cysts and other conditions.
