Extensions are made to order for each client, requiring a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. A full set of Lash Out Loud extensions takes roughly two hours and is intended to stay in place for up to eight weeks across the natural hair growth cycle. Keratin bonds may last as long as six months with good aftercare and are taken out using a gel that dissolves the bonds. Hair that comes out during removal can be given to Locks of Love or Wigs for Kids. Stylists also suggest a maintenance schedule to keep a new look fresh and offer product and technique advice so clients can recreate their results at home.

New guests must keep a credit card on file to reserve requested services. Cancellations are asked to give 24 hours' notice; cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50%, and missed appointments are charged in full. Clients who miss three or more appointments must pre-pay to book the next one. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the stylist may change the service or reschedule. Refunds are not given for services, but adjustments are made within 7 days of the original service. Retail products can be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase, minus a 25% restocking fee. Clearance, discontinued items, brushes, hot tools, and jewelry are final sale. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted, along with checks drawn on a New Mexico bank. Service animals are welcome, but pets are not allowed in the salon.

Stylists offer a consultation at no stated charge and share product and technique knowledge so clients can keep their looks up at home. The salon says it uses only high-quality products for all services.
