The menu covers a wide range of hair work, from shampoo and blow dry and silk presses to relaxer services, hair color and cuts. Protective and longer-wear styles are a large part of the offering, including eight braids for natural hair, two strand twists on short to medium hair, crochet styles, updos and ponytails, and several weave options such as sew-in installs with a leave-out, removal and detangling, and maintenance. Add-ons like steam treatments, extra detangling time and shampoo add-ons can be combined with a main service.

Booking works by review. Appointments are checked before they are approved, and clients need to read and agree to the salon policy first. New clients start with a consultation, which carries a $15 deposit, and some longer services such as eight braids and extra detangling also need a deposit. Cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment is charged at the full price of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 6 AM to 12 PM. It is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Each appointment is reviewed and approved in advance, with a consultation for new clients and deposits on longer or detailed services, so clients know what a visit will involve before they arrive.
