Arketa Beauty is a small lash and waxing business in Peoria, Arizona. The menu is split into two groups: custom lash sets and a waxing menu that covers the brows, face, underarms, bikini area, Brazilian, legs and booty cheeks.

Lash sets are not one-size-fits-all here. Each set is chosen and applied based on eye shape, the client's preferences and how they live day to day. The portfolio shows several styles, including angel-style sets, brown lash sets, volume sets and sets that combine volume with a wispy finish. Shayla Zamudio focuses on volume and textured sets.

The waxing menu is priced by area. Brazilian waxing can leave a small strip or be completely bare, and face waxing is priced separately for each area, such as the chin, upper lip or sideburns. Shorter services like a brow clean-up or underarm wax are quick, while leg and booty cheek appointments take longer.

Booking is straightforward. All forms must be completed before the appointment or it could be cancelled, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Payment can be made by Zelle, card on file, Apple Pay or cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.

Custom lash sets, chosen and applied to suit each client's eye shape, preferences and lifestyle. Sets run 45 minutes or more and come in three options, starting at $55.

Hair removal for the brows, face, underarms, bikini area, Brazilian, legs and booty cheeks. Brow, underarm and bikini waxes are quick, while Brazilian, leg and booty cheek appointments take longer.
