The color menu covers quick options such as glosses, root taps and root touch-ups, along with balayage, foil and single process services that run from partial to full. Balayage/foil framing adds a few highlights around the face. Full Micro Foil is an extra full foil with very fine highlights, and bleach and tone services are offered for retouches and root-to-ends work. Color correction is priced hourly from $125, and a color consultation is available before booking.

Cut and style services include women's and men's haircuts, bang trims, blowouts, braiding and special occasion styling, which includes updos that need bobby pins. Extension services include tape-in reapplication, hand-tied removal and hand-tied reuse or application, and several of these require a consultation first. Treatments include Olaplex, a metal detox treatment and the Keratin Complex PBO treatment.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or cancellations within two hours are charged the full service. Services added during an appointment that were not part of the booking are charged. Work is guaranteed: if a client is unhappy within a week of their service, it is fixed at no charge. Product and time used cannot be recovered, so refunds are not given.
