Visits are by appointment. Clients can request a free consultation by phone or email, and the studio states there is no sales pressure and no contract. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm and Friday from 11 am to 4 pm, with the studio closed on weekends.

The Skin Base System package includes a tape template, hairline design, color, cut-in and bonding, with a non-surgical system made from men's stock. Custom orders carry additional charges.
