Services are grouped into massages, facials, body treatments, salon services and packages. Technicians shape each treatment by combining traditional rituals with newer methods. Clients receive a locker, robe and slippers on arrival, and therapists drape them during massage. The changing areas include steam, dry heat and infrared saunas, a cool blast rain shower, a dry bar and private showers, and the co-ed lounge serves tea, fruit-infused water, a signature spa beverage, and bubbly or wine.

Reservations can be made online or through the Spa Concierge by phone, and a credit card holds the booking, with the charge made only after the service. Clients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee equal to the service rate plus 20% gratuity. Spending earns CityGate XP points at the spa and partner restaurants, redeemable for dining, spa treatments or Hotel Arista stays.

The spa also hosts private events. Full- or half-day buyouts start at $6,000 and can include pre-curated treatments and catering. Events include bridal parties, honeymoons, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats and team wellness days, and corporate wellness experiences can be designed on request. Private spa suites are available for men, women and couples, and event rooms include a salon, a relaxation lounge, a couples treatment room and a full spa.

Treatments are tailored to each client by the spa's technicians, who combine traditional rituals with modern techniques.
