Most of the menu is organized by braid style and then by length or size, from shoulder and mid back to waist, butt, thigh and knee. Medium and extra small traditional box braids, medium knotless braids, passion twists, rope twists, tribal braids, boho braids and bora bora braids are the core styles. Touch-up prices are listed separately for many lengths, so returning clients can book a refresh instead of a full install. Listed appointment times run from about two hours for a mid back touch-up to about nine hours for a full extra small box braid butt-length install.

Some details depend on the style. Medium knotless braids include the hair and are done without a knot on the scalp. Rope twists include the hair and have a knot at the root, and clients are asked to arrive with washed and blown-out hair. Passion twists do not include hair, so clients bring their own and check with the business on the right type. Tribal braids combine feed-in braids on top with knotless or traditional box braids underneath; the braiding hair is included, but curly hair is brought by the client. Bora bora braids do not include human hair and are priced by the bundle used, with bulk human hair starting at $60. Extra small box braids are also offered for shorter hair after a consultation.
