Clients book by appointment only, either through the salon's website, which is the preferred route, or by phone. The salon is open Wednesdays from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed the rest of the week.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients can reschedule one time and keep their deposit only if they reschedule before the 24-hour window. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Package credits apply automatically when a service is booked at checkout.
The salon invites clients to send inspiration pictures, suggestions and requests ahead of each appointment.
