Medical oversight is provided by a board-certified plastic surgeon. Clients can book in-person consultations at the Keller practice or virtual consultations. A first consultation carries no commitment to treatment. Some concerns need an in-person examination before recommendations or treatment can go ahead, and treatment may sometimes take place the same day when that is appropriate.

Care is built around a broader view of aging. Plans may combine skin treatments, neuromodulators, collagen-supportive procedures and long-term planning, and are shaped around each client's face, skin and goals rather than a single standard package.

Treatments take place in a private, spa-inspired setting. The practice is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Friday from 4:30pm to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 2pm. It is closed on Monday and Thursday, and Sunday visits are available by VIP request.

Care is individualized and planned over the long term, with a preference for restraint so that treatment does not feel pressured or overdone.
