Every new client starts with a 30-minute skin and aesthetic consultation, offered at no cost in person or by telehealth, and a consultation is completed before any treatment. Before microneedling or injectables, clients complete a Good Faith Exam with the medical team, usually done virtually. New neuromodulator patients begin with a consultation as well.

The facial menu has three tiers. Essential Treatment ($200, 60 minutes) aims to calm inflammation, clear congestion and support the skin barrier. Signature Treatment ($250, 60 minutes) uses advanced exfoliation with targeted skincare to improve texture and tone. Advanced Skin Treatment ($300, 75 minutes) is the most thorough option, using deeper exfoliation and corrective therapies for several concerns at once. Each facial price includes a skin assessment, the custom treatment and finishing skincare.

The salon offers two collagen-stimulating microneedling options, SkinPen and regenerative microneedling, which can be applied to the face and neck or to the face, neck and chest. Renew Dermal Solution is a peel that requires no downtime and is used for concerns including dullness, unevenness in skin tone, sun damage, enlarged pores, fine lines and early signs of aging, typically with little to no visible peeling. According to the salon, clients are generally asked to come back every four to six weeks, and the timing is tailored to each client's goals and daily routine.

Before a facial, clients should arrive with clean skin where possible, stop retinoids and strong acids for three days, and avoid waxing or aggressive exfoliation in the treatment area for 48 hours. Visits run Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with limited weekend availability by appointment only. A 20% cancellation fee applies.

Treatment is planned around a healthy-skin foundation and realistic expectations. Each client moves through an assessment, treatment of the main concern, a home routine they can keep up, and an ongoing maintenance plan.
