Manicures and pedicures are sold as three bundles of rising detail. The Basic Mani & Pedi includes trimming, shaping, cuticle care, a sea salt scrub on the feet, a hot towel and a five-minute massage with warm lotion. The Deluxe Mani & Pedi adds a callus treatment, a ten-minute hot massage, a hot stone for the feet and a mint clay mask. Gel polish can be added to a manicure, and the gel add-on carries a warranty of up to 10 days.
Nail Care covers gel, acrylic, dipping powder and Gel-X services, along with polish changes, gel changes and fills. Children have their own group with separate pricing for ages under 5 and ages 6-10, covering kiddie polish, manicures, pedicures and combined mani and pedi sessions.
Facial services include a 60-minute Luxury Facial and a 30-minute Express Facial. The Luxury Facial adds ozone steaming, facial massage, a treatment mask and serum, and an aromatic massage of the shoulders, neck and face. The Express Facial includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, a five-minute facial massage, a specialized mask, and a moisturizing serum and lotion. Eyelash extensions are offered as new sets, fills and removal, and waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini line and Brazilian.
Policies include cash and card payment, a 10% birthday discount with ID, a 10% discount for bridal parties and for groups of four or more friends, and a check-in loyalty program that gives $5 off for every five points earned on visits. The salon says it cleans and disinfects implements, equipment and electrical instruments with an approved process before reuse, uses single-use buffers and files, performs pedicures with liner protection, and trains staff to follow a sanitization protocol.
The salon says customer safety, client needs and satisfaction are the focus of its work.
