Aria Drip Lounge was founded and is operated by licensed medical professionals. It sits on the second floor above Caffè Pura, inside Studio di Rosci on South Mill Road in Kennett Square.
Before a first treatment, clients complete a detailed medical intake form and have a virtual consultation with a physician. The intake form is repeated every year and reviewed by a physician. Clients who are unsure which treatment fits can choose the General IV Drip Treatment option when booking, and nurses complete a medical screening at the appointment.
IV drips are given by registered nurses under the guidance of a medical doctor. A treatment runs about an hour, including check-in, and a head spa add-on can be added during an infusion. IV treatments are not covered by insurance and are usually paid out of pocket. Clients may send receipts to their insurer, but the lounge does not file claims and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Visits can be arranged at a client's home, office, hotel or event space across Chester County and surrounding communities. A $50 travel fee may apply. The Myers' Cocktail takes its name from Dr. John Myers, an early developer of intravenous nutrient treatment during the 1960s and 1970s.
