The studio offers waxing for women's bikini and buttock areas, body areas, and faces, plus men's body waxing. Face Wax + Facial is offered as a combined option, with before and after photos on the site. Facials range from a 25-minute Fresh Facial to a 90-minute Oxygen Treatment or Ari's Signature facial, and five chemical peels are available. Ari designs a customized skin care plan for each client based on their skin needs. The studio states that results may vary and that no guarantees are made.

Booking is by phone or text at (240) 949-2575. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Each service needs a signed form and consent, and a credit card is required at booking. A prepayment holds the appointment, and changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50 percent of the service, with no credit issued. Late arrivals get a shortened treatment so the next client is not delayed. Only the person receiving treatment may be in the treatment room, so children must be arranged for separately.

Before a waxing, clients are asked to stop acne medications, retinol, and similar products 14 to 15 days ahead, to avoid shaving or plucking, and to let hair grow to about a quarter to half an inch. Clients who have taken Accutane must wait at least a year before waxing. Waxing is generally recommended every 4 to 5 weeks. Missed hairs can be reported within 24 hours, and a free touch-up is offered within 3 days. Clients aged 12 to 18 need written parental or guardian permission before their first waxing or facial, clients under 15 must have a parent or guardian present, and Brazilian waxing is not offered to anyone under 18.

The studio says that 100 percent of its profit supports orphans and families in Indonesia, and that it does not ask for donations. Gift cards for waxing and facials are available and expire 12 months after purchase.
