The facial menu starts with an $88 first-visit facial for new clients, which includes a skin analysis, a double cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, high frequency, massage and a product recommendation for home care. The Back Facial ($95) is aimed at acne, acne scarring and ingrowns on the back. The Balancing Facial ($105) suits combination skin, and the Signature Facial ($110) is adjusted to problem areas found during skin analysis. The Acne Reset Facial ($150) addresses hyperpigmentation, discoloration, active acne and acne scars.
Waxing ranges from single areas such as the upper lip or inner thigh at $15 to a 60-minute Full Body Wax at $275, which requires a $130 deposit. Bikini waxes come as a Bikini Line, Bikini Full or Brazilian, with an optional landing strip or triangle on the fuller styles. First-time Brazilian clients receive 15% off, and wax bundles save 20% when several services are combined.
Booking requires a card on file, which is only charged after the service. Deposits are needed to confirm appointments, including rebookings, and are returned if the studio cannot keep an appointment due to an emergency. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 25% of the service, and that fee is non-refundable. Extra guests, children included, are not permitted, and a 10-minute grace period applies. First-time clients fill out a consult form after booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 once approved ahead of the appointment.
The studio's stated goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and satisfied. Facials begin with a skin analysis, and treatments are adjusted to the concerns it reveals.
