The lash menu includes removal, student lash sets, two- and three-week fills, and custom full sets. Underarm waxing is also available.

Several services ask for a deposit when booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged half the service price. Weekday hours run from 5 PM to 8 PM, Saturday hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount, and they are non-refundable.

Appointment lengths vary by service, from 15 minutes for an underarm wax to 150 minutes for a custom full set. A student lash set is offered at $60, which is lower than the custom full set price of $100.
