Arch + Arrow began after its owner, Jill, continued her training to specialize in eyebrow work. The business centers on full brows and on self-care and wellness for everyday people, and taking thorough, unhurried time with each client is a stated priority.

Brow Lamination is a three-step chemical process that softens the hair bonds so brow hairs can be reshaped into a smoother, lifted and more defined brow. The arch can be raised or the tail lowered to adjust the shape. The treatment is non-invasive and not permanent. Brow Rehab is aimed at clients who have grown in over-tweezed brows, want a new shape or are looking for a fuller brow. The salon recommends 6-8 weeks of hair growth before the first visit, and final results often take 6-12 months.

Brow appointments are kept makeup-free, so clients are asked to arrive without makeup. Brow waxes typically run 30-45 minutes. Brow Tint is a semi-permanent pigment mixed to match each client's hair color and lasts 4-6 weeks. The salon also retails Kelley Baker Brow products.
